PayPal gives you the opportunity to spread out the cost of your favorite qualifying The Borgatti Collection products over multiple interest-free monthly payments.

PayPal only applies to qualifying in-stock products in your cart at the time of purchase when PayPal is selected during checkout. When we ship your product, the first Easy Pay installment will be charged to your credit card. All future Easy Pay installments will be charged to your card in 30 day increments after the initial charge. Upon shipment, you’ll also be charged for any products in your order which don’t qualify for PayPal. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order will be charged to your credit card in the first installment. You must be signed into your borgatticollection.com account when checking out and you may only use a valid credit or debit card for your PayPal order. 

We back all The Borgatti Collection products with our ironclad guarantee and we’re happy to accept returns for items purchased using PayPal. When making a return, the original PayPal terms will be canceled immediately. A refund will be credited for the amount paid on the returned item. There are no exchanges on PayPal orders and we cannot make modifications to existing orders after they’ve been placed.

PayPal is only available to U.S. customers on borgatticollection.com. PayPal is not available on physical Gift Cards, eGift Cards, customizable bundles or products on backorder/pre-order. Promotional discounts may affect eligibility of PayPal on select styles. PayPal is not available when using guest checkout. The Borgatti Collection reserves the right to accept or decline any PayPal order (and/or limit order quantity for any given item) for any reason. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. The Borgatti Collection may refuse PayPal customer eligibility at any time without prior notification.

When you choose PayPal, you commit to pay the full price of your product, and you agree to have funds available on or before the installment due dates outlined in the checkout process. If you do not uphold this commitment, you understand that The Borgatti Collection may use a collection agency to recuperate delinquent payments for your PayPal order.

The Borgatti Collection may change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notification. Your selection of the PayPal option during the checkout process constitutes full acceptance of the PayPal Terms & Conditions.

Q: Does everything on borgatticollection.com qualify for PayPal?

A: No. Only select, in-stock products on borgatticollection.com qualify for PayPal. Qualifying products may change over time. The Borgatti Collection reserves the right to make any product eligible or ineligible from PayPal at any time. You must be signed into your borgatticollection.com account to use PayPal on your order. PayPal is not available on physical Gift Cards, eGift Cards, customizable bundles or products on backorder/pre-order.

Q: Can I use PayPal on my entire order?

A: PayPal will only be applied to qualifying products in your order. You’ll be charged for all products that do not qualify for PayPal when they ship, just like a standard order on borgatticollection.com.

Q: What happens after I place an PayPal order?

 A: Once fund availability has been confirmed and the product ships, your card will be charged for the first installment of the qualifying PayPal product(s) and the full cost of non-PayPal eligible products. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order will be charged to your credit card in the first installment. Customer eligibility for PayPal is not guaranteed, and The Borgatti Collection reserves the right to refund and cancel any PayPal order for any reason. 

 Q: How often will my account be charged?

A: After your order ships and the initial charge has been paid, future installments will be charged in 30 day increments from the shipping date. Installment dates cannot be customized or changed for any reason. If products from your order ship separately or at different times, you may see separate monthly charges in your account for each item. The Borgatti Collection will make every effort to meet the PayPal installment schedule, but reserves the right to change installment dates as necessary due to processing limitations.

Q: How can I see my PayPal payment schedule/statement?

A: When placing your order, you’ll be provided an estimated PayPal payment schedule. Upon shipment of your order, your shipping confirmation email will contain an updated PayPal payment schedule. At any given time, you can find the most accurate PayPal payment schedule for your order in Order Details via the Order History section of your borgatticollection.com account.

Q: What payment methods can I use when completing an PayPal order?

A: Only debit or major credit cards with an expiration date beyond the final installment date may be used to complete an PayPal order. Pre-paid gift cards cannot be used on your PayPal order.

Q: What happens when I return an item from an PayPal order?

A: The Borgatti Collection is happy to accept returns for items purchased using PayPal. When making a return, the original PayPal terms will be cancelled immediately.
